Returns and Refunds Policy

Dark Star Offroad will only offer a full refund on returns of new, unused parts.

Refunds will only be issued once the full product has been returned to the Dark Star Offroad warehouse, and has been inspected by our team.

Once parts have been installed onto a vehicle they are void from being returned for a refund.

If damage to the parts is suspected prior to the parts being installed on the vehicle, please see our warranty guidelines as stated here.

Off Highway Van is not responsible for the shipping costs on the return of products.

In the event that damage to the vehicle is suspected with cause from Off Highway Van products, the staff at Off Highway Van will investigate the claim and give a refund only if there is sufficient evidence. If the van is outside the reasonable range of bringing it to the Off Highway Van shop, our team would ask that you visit one of our certified installers so that we can communicate with them to solve the situation.
